OE Retail Lead Hand

As a Retail Lead Hand, you will work directly with the management team and staff in providing excellent customer service in a fun, positive, and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Retail Manager and Supervisor to ensure the successful operations of the retail store
• Assist with the receiving of all products.
• Maintain accurate inventory checks and audits.
• Bring up product from storage to retail stores as needed.
• Conduct "spot checks" to ensure inventory is up to date and accounted for.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met.
• Operate the point of sale systems.
• Accurately cash out after shift worked in the store.
• Maintain a good general knowledge of the resort and assist guests with information.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Because we sell alcohol, you MUST
  • Have your Serving It Right certification for selling alcohol, and
  • Be 19 YEARS of age
• Excellent organization and guest service skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic spreadsheet functions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Competent with computers and numbers.
• Able to respond calmly, quickly, and effectively to urgent requests.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift and carry a minimum of 15 kg.
• Prior retail or inventory experience is an asset, but not required.
