Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without overstocking.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in food preparation and handling practices, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, with experience in training and developing staff members.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, along with knowledge of various beverage offerings.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
