We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our burger restaurant establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen and service staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate employees, including conducting interviews for new hires.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
- Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and POS system oversight.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing restaurant operations.
