This position requires genuine relationship building and fostering with guests.
Applicants MUST have 5 years in similar Fine Dining setting.
Applicants MUST RESIDE IN GTA
Vast Wine Knowledge
Food and Cooking Terminology Knowledge
Mixology Knowledge
Must be able to understand Financials, Product and Labour Cost Controls.
Very little administrative work.
Plenty of room for growth based on Performance.
