We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in commercial settings, contributing to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and facility maintenance tasks.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper usage techniques.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
