Support the General Manager in daily operations and lead by example to ensure exceptional food, beverage, service, and cleanliness standards. You’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards and warm hospitality.

Ruth’s Chris began in New Orleans in 1965 when Ruth Fertel, a determined single mother, bought a steak house and turned it into a legendary brand built on work ethic and southern hospitality. Today, that same spirit drives everything we do. Our Alberta locations are locally owned and operated by four long-time fans of the brand, committed to delivering the best steak house experience, every time.
