RECRUTIMENT MANAGER
This unique and critical role is responsible for managing our people and client communications. This individual needs to embody the PPL Virtues. Specifically, we need someone who isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves in field through servant leadership. This means going into the field at least twice a month to help support our people. The expectation is to be onsite for every launch, client visit, or new hire to help bridge the gap between the back office and the frontline.
As a senior member of the team, you will oversee the design, management, and execution of most of the campaigns. This includes project management as well as organic growth. You will also mentor direct reports, helping them identify growth opportunities within PPL, partner agencies, and clients alike. The goal is to elevate others and view differences as a strength, creating an environment where everyone thrives.

Strategy & Planning
- Assist operations team in forecasting hiring needs based on business growth and seasonal trends
- Collaborate work with operations and fractional service team create recruiting strategies that align with company goals and DEI commitments
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles, briefing from PPL Operations team, fractional services for fulfillment, PPL Field Team & Operations for final recruitment
- Work with a fractional service team to build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to fractional service partners, providing feedback, direction, and assistance when needed
- Provide regular updates, feedback, and insights to both fractional service leaders as well as PPL Operations Team
Process Optimization
- Design and continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows
- Own the performance and configuration of internal proprietary system and supporting analytic tools
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding including a follow-up email if the candidate isn’t selected
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Promote the employer brand through job postings, social media, and events
- Coordinate hiring campaigns, career fairs, or community partnerships
- Ensure all touchpoints reflect the company’s culture and values
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure recruitment practices align with local employment laws and company policies
- Support equitable hiring practices and maintain confidentiality and data privacy
- Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting tools
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excel skills; analytics, pivot tables, data organization, etc.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to thrive in an unreasonably fast paced and constantly evolving environment with disorganized clients and tight timelines.
