As a student on the Records Management team, you will participate in a variety of projects associated with the management of records – both physical and electronic. - Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
- Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) for full-time schedule
- Term length: 12 months
- Term start: January 2026
- Term type: Part-time & Full-time
- January – April: Part-time
- May – August: Full-time
- September – December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)
Key Accountabilities:
- Index information into records and information management systems
- Scan physical files and load electronic records
- Participate and assist as required in project work and other activities as identified or required
- Perform data, information and image quality assurance activities
What You Bring to the Role:
- Currently enrolled in your 1st year or higher of Business Administration, Records and Information Management Certificate program, Information Management/Technology or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
- Must be able to lift, carry and move/arrange boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent team work skills with positive, adaptable and cooperative attitude
