We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurately inputted into the accounting system.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries related to billing and account status.
- Maintain organized files for financial documents, ensuring easy access for audits or reviews.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within a bookkeeping office is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting software is essential.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide effective customer support.
- Experience in an office environment with a focus on maintaining organized records is highly desirable.
