At Carman’s Foto Source, we’re a locally owned, family-run business passionate about helping people capture life’s best moments. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our supportive team and keep our financial systems running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Perform daily sales and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly interim financials
- Handle government remittances (HST, payroll, etc.)
- Reconcile inventory and manage invoicing/accounts receivable
- Review accounts payable and assist with general admin tasks
- Support other accounting functions as needed
What You Bring:
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong understanding of reconciliation and financial reporting
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
- Certified Professional Bookkeeper designation
- Experience using Odoo (training provided if needed)
