About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a short-term, one-month contract to provide Accounts Payable data entry support to our finance team. This is an on-site position and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist with payment runs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks Online
- Organize and file invoices and supporting documentation
- Flag discrepancies and work with the Accountant to resolve them
- Assist with data entry related to expense reports and receipts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or full-cycle bookkeeping
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Familiarity with brewery or manufacturing environments is an asset
- Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
