Bookkeeper
Bisceglia & Associates Professional Corporation is a busy Law firm located in Vaughan, Ontario; We are looking for an amazing bookkeeper/receptionist to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Open files on accounting system
perform various clerical-related duties including data / word processing, faxing, photocopying and scanning documents, etc.;
manage and process incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages;
Completion of Landlord and Tenant forms;
keep track of office supplies and order office supplies when needed;
Daily banking (vehicle required);
Qualifications:
professional and courteous demeanor;
excellent organization skills;
excellent attention to detail;
excellent communication skills including written and oral communication;
Must work well under pressure and with tight time deadlines;
able to multi-task in an effective manner;
proficient using Microsoft Word/Word Perfect;
experience working in a civil litigation law firm will be considered an asset;
