Receptionist – Be the Heart of Our Office!
Hamilton, ON | $18–$20/hr | Full-Time, Permanent
Join XCMG Canada Ltd. as the warm, welcoming face of our Hamilton office! We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-driven receptionist who can juggle front-desk duties with behind-the-scenes office coordination.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet visitors & answer a busy multi-line phone system
- Manage mail, couriers, and office supplies
- Book meetings, arrange travel, and process expenses
- Keep the office running smoothly & events on track
- Act as the go-to person for IT and facility needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years reception or admin experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking skills & a people-first attitude
- Bonus: bookkeeping, multilingual, CRM experience
