Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Full‑Time
Salary: $18–$23 per hour
Schedule: Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM (Summer Saturdays as needed)
Our busy auto glass shop is seeking a dependable and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk. You’ll greet customers, coordinate appointments, and support our technicians. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to join a team, this role might be for you.

- Deliver excellent customer service with a pleasant demeanor.
- Handle phones, emails, and walk-in visitors with professionalism.
- Work well under pressure—especially during peak service times.
- Interact with technicians, insurance reps, and customers smoothly.
- Basic computer proficiency—Microsoft Office, multi-line phone systems;
- Experience with Quickbooks App
What we require:
- Diploma (high school or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of office experience (training available).
- Strong computer and phone system skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$24.92 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
