Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Provide patient support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Support the team with various office management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Multi-language abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with personal assistant tasks is beneficial for supporting executive staff.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
