We are seeking a friendly and organized Full time/Part time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the beauty industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients, making professionalism and warmth a must.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed
Manage appointments, both in-person and over the phone
Handle client check-ins and check-outs
Answer questions about our services, products, and salon policies
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
Interest in the beauty industry is preferred
