�� Now Hiring: Part-Time Receptionist
*Join our Music School Team – Starting Late August 2025*
We’re looking for a friendly, organized part-time receptionist to
help our music school run smoothly during afternoon/evening hours.
�� Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday
- Approximately 3:00 PM – 6:30 or 7:00 PM
- Flexible hours
- Open to splitting the role between two part-time hires
�� Pay: $20/hour
�� Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting students and parents
- Making sure everyone gets to the right teaching room
- Answering general questions about scheduling and policies
- Occasional phone calls (no answering phones required)
- Light cleaning:
- Keep rooms tidy before teachers arrive
- Check the bathroom and clean as needed
- Dust equipment daily, vacuum weekly
- Keep a list of needed supplies
- Get familiar with our scheduling software (no lesson scheduling
required)
No experience necessary — just a good attitude and willingness to
learn.
