The Position:
Lush Lawn is currently seeking a part-time experienced Administrative Support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Office manager with bookkeeping, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in order of priority. Notify General Manager of urgent incoming issues requiring immediate attention.
- Answer telephone and email messages in a prompt and professional manner.
- Filling and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports.
- Data entry of employee timesheets and payroll information using simply accounting.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, reports, memorandums, correspondence and various documents.
- Assist with human resource functions, such as reviewing resumes, booking interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and updating employee files.
- Processing client invoices and payment.
- Assist with office upkeep.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Proactive, efficient, customer-focused and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- Well organized and able to handle multiple task simultaneously as well as be proactive.
- Ability to work independently.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- Prompt and reliable.
