Duties
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily food preparation activities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our restaurant standards

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety, and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality
