Overview
Fanny Bay Oyster Bar is looking to add a Chef de Partie to bring strong skills to our fast paced kitchen team under Chef Alex Guido.
Duties
- Prepare and execute dishes on for assigned station to chefs requirements
- Keep space clean and tidy to meet all health code requirements
- Work with the front of house and kitchen team to satisfy guest requests
Skills
- At least two years experience in commercial kitchens
- Good teamwork
- Valid foodsafe certificate
- Comfortable with seafood preparation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
