Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Utilize various measurement tools, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, documenting findings accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality management practices.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to enhance overall product reliability.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance protocols and documentation.
- Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers for precise inspections.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and standards is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
