The Role
We are looking for a Project & Operations Manager who will bring both structure and empathy to our growing team. This hybrid position blends construction project management with operations and estimating, acting as the hub between design, construction, and administration.
You’ll spend part of your time planning in the office, creating estimates, budgets, schedules, and contracts, and part of your time in the field coordinating trades, checking site progress, and ensuring quality. You'll build up client and trade relationships, and your leadership will keep projects on track while supporting our designers and ensuring clients feel confident and cared for.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate project estimates and clear contracts
- Build and monitor budgets, tracking progress and variances
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Coordinate trades and suppliers, maintaining strong and respectful relationships
- Visit job sites to oversee progress and troubleshoot challenges
- Support designers by managing logistics and operations
- Provide professional, timely updates to clients, trades, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of project management experience in construction/renovation (residential or commercial)
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a sharp memory
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specification sheets
- Experience with budgets, scheduling, and workflow systems
- Clear and professional communication skills — confident but warm
- Collaborative and approachable leadership style that builds trust
- A roster of reliable trades is an asset
