The Opportunity
We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our global exhibits team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning creative ideas into well-executed realities. You’ll manage custom exhibit projects from concept through completion—ensuring on-time delivery, quality craftsmanship, and budget adherence. If you have a background in exhibit or event production, exceptional coordination skills, and a strong leadership mindset, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of custom trade show exhibit projects—from initial client briefing through production, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Lead planning sessions to define scope, budgets, timelines, and key milestones across global teams.
- Communicate closely with clients, design teams, fabricators, and on-site crews to ensure alignment and expectations are met.
- Utilize tools such as Monday.com or other PM platforms to organize schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Apply Agile methodologies and Scrum principles to enhance team collaboration and workflow efficiency.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve project challenges, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Oversee vendor relationships, production timelines, and international logistics coordination.
- Track and analyze project data and KPIs to support continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Support internal team cohesion, encouraging a solution-focused and collaborative culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in trade show exhibits, events, or custom fabrication.
- Proficient in project management platforms (Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
- Strong grasp of Agile workflows and familiarity with Scrum practices.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a team-first approach.
- Skilled in identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site supervision of major exhibit installations.
