The Opportunity:
Are you an Electrical Project Manager passionate about shaping tenant spaces? We’re looking for a results‑driven professional to lead electrical design and delivery for fit‑outs, renovations, and landlord improvement projects. In this role, you’ll oversee the engineering and design process, manage stakeholders, and help transform spaces to meet the evolving needs of tenants and building owners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical engineering design for fit‑out, renovation, and landlord improvement projects
- Coordinate with internal staff, external consultants, and contractors to maintain project momentum
- Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, and drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing technical and financial queries as needed
- Serve as Contract Administrator and review shop drawings, site instructions, and change notices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management for interiors or fit‑outs
- Strong knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards (Electrical, CSA, NFPA, IES, ULC)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in problem‑solving, decision‑making, and delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment
- LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design is an asset
