Role Overview:
We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Hamilton. In this role, you will lead electrical engineering projects for building services, ensuring high-quality design, seamless coordination, and on-time delivery. You will act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, playing an integral role in the successful completion of innovative and sustainable building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of electrical engineering concepts and design briefs for building systems.
- Prepare calculations, select equipment, and oversee detailed designs, including layouts, wiring, and schematics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Review and manage project deliverables, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and field reviews to assess existing installations and ensure project quality.
- Act as contract administrator, managing change notices, budgets, and project schedules.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, resolve technical issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.
- Promote and enforce company standards for project administration, documentation, and processes.
