Job Opening: Project Coordinator – Custom Millwork & Cabinetry (with Estimating)
Location: Coquitlam, BC

We're Outside the Box Manufacturing, and we're looking for a driven, organized, and hands-on Project Coordinator to manage custom millwork and cabinetry jobs from kickoff to install. You’ll juggle scheduling, estimating, material procurement, and coordination between our shop, installers, GCs, and clients.
If you know your way around shop drawings, AutoCAD, and production workflows — and love solving problems before they happen — this is your role.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate custom millwork & cabinet projects from start to finish
- Own scheduling, material take-offs, and purchasing
- Work with shop staff, installers, suppliers, and GCs
- Support production flow and lean manufacturing principles
- Estimate and quote based on detailed shop drawings
- Meet with leadership twice a week to keep everything on track
You Bring:
- Solid knowledge of custom millwork and cabinetry (Red Seal = bonus)
- Experience with estimating, AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communicator who keeps everyone on the same page
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a solutions-first attitude
