As we continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome a Project Administrator/Bookkeeper to cover a 12-month maternity leave contract—a critical role supporting both our day-to-day operations and long-term projects.

Depending on skill level and experience, we are offering a starting pay between $25-$30/hour. The role will be constantly evolving, and the responsibilities will be diverse. We can promise you that you will never be bored in this position!

Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in accounting and/or business administration.
- CPB designation
- Previous experience in real estate development/construction accounting is required (minimum 1 year, and ideally 3+ years)
- Hands-on exposure to Quick Books Online accounting software an asset
- Hand on exposure to Buildertrend construction software an asset
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Systems savvy, with a genuine desire to learn, gain experience and grow.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
