Program Supervisor – RECE
Blessed Chiara Badano Child Care Centre (Operated by The Village Children’s Programs)
We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team as Program Supervisor. This is a straight-shift position, beginning immediately and extending until July 2026, at which point the role will be reassessed. Our centre offers care for children from infancy through school age, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment for both staff and families.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the child care field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A passion for supporting children’s growth and development in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with staff, families, and the wider community.
Required Qualifications & Documents:
- Current membership in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE).
- Vulnerable Sector Check (up to date).
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification.
- Up-to-date immunizations as required by the Child Care and Early Years Act.
Starting salary- $50,000 annually PLUS additional staff compensation grants.
