The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and people-focused Production Crew Supervisor to join our growing operations team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising production staff, executing the shift schedule, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. You'll play a key role in leading daily production activities, resolving frontline issues, and building a strong team culture on the floor.
This is a full-time, shift-based position that requires flexibility and the ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Team Leaders and hourly production staff to meet production targets and quality standards
- Manage shift scheduling, coverage, and onboarding of new hires
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies
- Complete accurate shift reports, production logs, and quality documentation
- Lead safety investigations and escalate any incidents, hazards, or concerns
- Troubleshoot production or equipment issues and coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture through coaching and conflict resolution
- Promote and model Dizolve’s core values in all daily interactions
About You
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising production teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution abilities
- A positive, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting habits
- Comfortable working shift work, including 8–12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- Forklift, scissor lift, or fall arrest certifications are assets
- Knowledge of WHMIS, lockout/tagout, and ERP systems is preferred
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required
