Production Team Member – Manufacturing (Windows & Doors)
Location: Abbotsford, BC – 30440 Progressive Way

Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: Starting at $18.50 to $28.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated and reliable production workers. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds in:
- Assembly
- Metalworking
- Woodworking
- Window and door production
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our production team, your tasks may include:
- CNC machining
- Planner and rip saw operation
- Laminating and moulding
- Welding (aluminium, brass, steel)
- Grinding, sanding, and sandblasting
- Painting
- Assembly
- Glass assembly and glazing
- Loading, unloading, and material handling
*Note: Duties may vary based on department needs and are assigned per the collective agreement.*
Requirements
- Experience is preferred
- Language: English proficiency required
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Work Environment: Noisy and dusty—PPE provided and required
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential (no public transit access to site)
- Equipment: Must own steel-toe safety boots
