Responsibilities
- Competently operate production equipment
- Carry out all required packaging as outlined for specific products
- Conduct preventative maintenance (equipment/facility cleaning)
- Carry out work which includes the movement of raw materials and finished goods as required
- Must be able and willing to accept responsibility and accountability for the performance of their duties, in the areas of safety an in the application of continuous improvement processes.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Production Frontline Leader
Qualifications
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Certification (mechanical and electrical) considered an asset
- Production experience considered an asset
- Complete process knowledge – Food Process or GMP experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a unionized environment
- Must be flexible to work all shifts as required
