Pool Server – Boathouse Bar & Kitchen
This position is based indoors but will require service outside at our mineral baths.
The Boathouse Bar & Kitchen is our outdoor bar that services our seaside mineral baths. This outlet offers a select food menu as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Servers in this outlet should expect to work outdoors. Prior service experience is preferred. Servers are expected to maintain a gracious manner with all guests and uphold our high level of service.
This position requires open availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide food & beverage service to all guests of the Boathouse Kitchen & Bar
- Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously
- Welcome guests to the Boathouse and ensure they are registered guests
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Serving it Right certification required
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Highly organized, goal and results oriented
- Ability to execute plans and manage change effectively.
- Effective decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
