Qualifications:
- Must have a clean criminal record, as we are a Sufferance bonded facility
- Forklift certified with valid license
- 1 year of Warehouse Picking/Packing documented experience
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders or shipping lists.
- Read and interpret order forms, barcodes, and item numbers.
- Locate items in the warehouse using handheld scanners or picking systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Ensure correct labeling and secure packaging of items.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products are damage-free and match order specifications.
- Replenish stock in picking locations as needed.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
Other Information:
- Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, standing, walking for intermittent periods
- Some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be time efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet all deadlines
