DataPi Learning is an after school tutoring centre that trains and enables tutors to utilize DataPi’s custom-built apps and proven tutoring system to provide a compelling service to its clients. We are located on Victoria Dr and 43rd Ave and are seeking 2 part-time tutors. This position is an excellent opportunity if you are considering a career in teaching or childcare, or simply to help alleviate your college or university tuition and living cost. Preference is also given to a candidate who has strong background in math, sciences, or those who wish to develop more coding experience.
Job Opening:
Candidates can tutor:
Grade 2 to 6: Language Arts & Math
Grade 7 to 12: English, Social Studies, French, Math & Sciences (Chemistry, Physic, Biology)
Specific Responsibilities:
-Learn and master DataPi’s tutoring process
-Train early learners and new students with the Centre’s routine
-Learn and execute many techniques that will enable students to absorb new and challenging information quickly
Hours: Must be available at least 2 shifts per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
