Paving Crew Member / Roller Operator
Andrew Heikoop Construction (AHC Paving) is a family owned and operated paving contractor. We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, and attention to detail to join our team in the 2025 season (April-Nov).
Duties would include;
-Assist the paving crew foreman with various tasks as required
-Perform physical work such as shoveling, raking, tamping and sweeping
-Perform basic maintenance such as inspecting and cleaning hand and power tools
-Operate vibratory plate compactors to compact soil, gravel and asphalt
- Assist as required with maintaining a safe and tidy jobsite
-Previous construction experience considered an asset
Candidate must be able to do the following;
-Work independently and follow instructions.
- Work outside in various weather conditions such as heat, cold, sun, and rain.
-Valid G license with clean driving abstract is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
