About the Patient Care Coordinator role:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be a critical pillar supporting our smooth operation, and the first face people see representing our clinic. You’ll have the opportunity to make lasting impacts on our clients every day as you engage with patients, manage patient flow and documentation, and support our clinical specialists treating clients.
Responsibilities
· Providing outstanding customer service with excellent people skills
· Scheduling appointments and managing patient files
· Answering inquiries and handling customer requests
· Selling products, merchandising and managing inventory
· Processing paperwork and collecting data
· Managing inventory and ordering stock
· Assisting in lab production
· Maintaining a clean and organized clinic
Personal Skills & Attributes
Loves interacting with customers, friendly and approachable, good communication skills, reliable, self-motivated, ability to multi-task, completes tasks on-time, organized and tidy, can work independently or in a team setting.
Experience and Skill Requirements
High school diploma, 1-2 years office administration or retail sales experience, good typing skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools - Word, Excel and e-mail, fluency in English a must, Cantonese and Mandarin are assets
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
