Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, and in person
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Uphold company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in English speaking are highly desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Decorating experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
