Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces through high-quality painting and decorating techniques. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Painter & Decorator will be responsible for executing various tasks related to painting, drywall installation, and finishing work, while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Install drywall and perform necessary repairs to ensure smooth surfaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on color selection and design.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficient in drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Experience in construction painting with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.

Pay: $20.00-$33.34 per hour
