We are urgently hiring an experienced lead painter right here in Hamilton, Ontario to help us keep up with demand for high-end residential and commercial projects in the Greater Hamilton Area, including Niagara-on-the-Lake. With over 40 years in business, we’re a demanding yet supportive team focused on developing skills, leadership, and the next generation of painters.
We’re very focused on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience to ensure our clients get the best possible results on their high-end homes and projects.
If you’re a detail-oriented painter with 3-5 years of experience working on high-end homes, dealing directly with customers, and a drive to innovate while delivering top-notch service, who wants guaranteed full-time work with competitive pay and room to advance, then apply.
We offer 40 hours per week (sometimes including weekends), overtime opportunities, guaranteed work year-round, starting pay of $28/hour for a lead painter, weekly pay, great culture with opportunities for growth, benefits starting January 2026 (including vacation pay), and numerous other perks.
