Position Overview: As a Painter Helper, you will work alongside experienced painters and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of painting projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting painters with preparation of surfaces and materials.
- Applying paint under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Using ladders & scaffold (comfortable with heights)
- Prior experience in painting or construction is a plus but not required.
- Own reliable transportation and hold a valid driver's license
- Have a clean criminal record (Some of the jobs we do require security clearances)
