Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in North Bay. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks that support our mission of delivering outstanding financial services.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software for daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
- Handle correspondence and communication efficiently
- Support team members with various clerical duties as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong computer skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is an asset
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
