Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Deliver instructional content in an engaging manner, utilizing a variety of teaching techniques and resources.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Instructor or in a similar educational role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that inspire students.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes (e.g., learning management systems, educational software).
