General Description:
The Sessional Instructor will oversee the Agriculture and Environmental Science courses. The duties will include teaching courses, executing curriculum, providing a systematic plan for delivering instruction, evaluating student performance and advising students. Other job requirements include, but are not limited to, attention to work quality, details and deadlines; and supervising field practical work with students; and working with minimum supervision. The Instructor will work within the guidelines established by the Niitistapi Agricultural and Environmental Science Program, Red Crow Community College.
Major Duties and Responsibility:
- Evaluate and grade students utilizing include observable and measurable criteria.
- Maintain class lists, attendance, grades, lesson plans, syllabus, course outlines, projects, assignments and exams.
- Observe department deadlines and timeframes
- Maintain professional relationships with students, instructors, and members of the Red Crow Community College;
- Perform all other related duties as assigned;
Necessary Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Applicants are required to submit certification with the application. Applicant must have minimum of 5 years teaching experience
- Requires a Master’s degree in Agriculture or a related field and current certification.
- A minimum of three years of instructional experience in a post-secondary institution is required;
- Knowledge of Kainaisynni and Niitsitapi Values principles and practices;

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
