Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and preparing aluminum composite panels according to specifications and project requirements. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bend/fold, countersink, rivet, and assemble aluminum composite panels according to drawings and shop orders.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.
- Inspect finished panels for quality, accuracy, and finish.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of panels to avoid damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- All employees are required to provide their own safety shoes – safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided by ACM.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in fabrication, carpentry, metalwork, or related trade (experience with aluminum composite panels is an asset, but training can be provided).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling with accuracy.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift materials as required, 40 - 60 lbs. regularly.

Pay: $18.50-$19.63 per hour
