We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team. Duties
- Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
- Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, including updating files and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information and company data.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
