Job Overview:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our Notary Public Office, you will be responsible for managing document processing, assisting customers with notary services, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Document Management:
- Accurately input and process notary requests, appointments, and document details into the system.
- Track document status, follow up on pending requests, and notify customers of completion.
Customer Service:
- Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with scheduling notary services and answering inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Compliance & Accuracy:
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Verify signatures, dates, and seals to prevent fraud or errors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of notary procedures and legal document terminology is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.17-$26.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
