Job Description
- Performing a variety of routine and non-routine administrative and clerical tasks.
- Assist with creating schedules on a day-to-day basis.
- Communicating with team members for status reports/updates on incoming jobs.
- Sharing 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
- Communicating directly with customers to create schedules.
- Data entry/formatting, PDF bundling.
- Maintain a professional attitude.
- Work well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Other tasks as required.
- High school diploma.
- A customer service attitude with the ability to deal with strong personalities.
- Bilingual is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of appropriate software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, listening, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance (i.e., personal appearance and attitude).
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift.
