Dirty Diesel Customs, a leading Canadian provider of truck parts and services, is seeking an Online Content Coordinator to join our team in West Kelowna, BC. We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with strong initiative and an eye for detail to support and enhance our online presence. You'll play a key role in ensuring our website delivers accurate product information and an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, supportive position focused on the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce content and online marketing efforts. You'll work closely with the team to keep our extensive product catalog updated, engaging, and easy for customers to navigate, contributing directly to our digital success.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Product Description Optimization: Collaborate with the team to review and refine product descriptions on our website. This includes assisting with keyword research for SEO and contributing to crafting clear, compelling copy that informs customers and improves engagement.
- Facilitate New Product Uploads: Efficiently add new products to our online catalog. You'll ensure all necessary information, high-quality imagery, and accurate categorization are complete, working collaboratively to gather required details.
- Contribute to Website Improvements: Provide direct assistance in identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance our website's user experience and content quality. This might involve preparing content for new features or sections or proactively updating existing pages.
- Manage Website Development Requests: Help monitor and track website development requests. You'll assist in coordinating tasks with our internal and external development teams to ensure smooth progress and timely updates.
- Support Online Marketing Initiatives: Provide vital support for various online marketing activities. This could include preparing content for landing pages, assisting with website content updates for specific campaigns, or helping to compile data for performance reviews, potentially utilizing platforms like Klaviyo for email marketing support.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated drive and initiative with some experience or strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content management.
- A basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to online content.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to write clear, accurate, and engaging copy.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce management and Klaviyo for email marketing is a significant asset.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute proactively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for diesel trucks or performance automotive is a strong asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
