Responsibility:
1. Preparing importing documents in accordance with bill of lading,including scheduling shipments, arranging transportation, and managing documentation.
2.tracking status of shipments, sending arrival notice to clients in time, communicate with clients, carriers, suppliers to ensure smooth operations
3. Co-ordinate with broker and trucking company to do custom clearance and goods delivery when requested by clients,coordinating inspections, and resolving any customs-related issues to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
4. Solving issues incurred during the transaction of shipments ,working quickly to find solutions and minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
Qualifications
1.organized,multi-task needed
2.knowledge of ocean imports and domestic trucking
3.problems solving skills, good communication with clients
4.Mandarin is asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
