Are you interested? We are looking for our next Ocean Import Agent to join our Ocean department in Montreal.

Your main tasks will be:
- Communicate with ocean carriers and ensure the release of goods
- Follow up with our agents
- Transmit required documentation related to container arrival to suppliers, customs and customers (delivery tracking
- Manage documents (collect information from agents and customers, classify, manage consolidations)
- Process invoices (review and approve invoices, prepare final invoices to customers, etc.).
What we are looking for:
- Is comfortable speaking English and French to communicate with our customers and colleagues across North America.
- Has similar work experience
- Is attracted to customer service
- Knows the Office suite, Outlook, Teams, Cargowise
- Is positive, proactive and responsible
